Ko Taku Reo Deaf Education NZ is excited to let you know that we are considering starting a Playgroup in the Otago region. This opportunity is for families with Deaf or Hard of Hearing children or CODAs to come together for the morning and be part of a playgroup session. We aim to have a regular routine involving music, storytelling, creativity, and play with a focus on quality bilingual NZSL and spoken English interactions.

Parents, Grandparents, siblings, and extended whanau are all welcome to join in the sessions. Local Advisors of Deaf Children, First Signs facilitators, and Ko Taku Reo staff will all be working together and available to work with the children and whanau during these sessions.
