Ko Taku Reo is excited to announce the NZSL Mathematics & statistics and very soon puberty are available on NZSL Share for you all to use.

The aim of this is to have consistency for NZSL education concepts throughout a Deaf student's school life right through to tertiary.

The glossary was created by Staff from Kelston, van Asch, AUT, Victoria University, and NZSL linguistic expertise. The group came together for a series of workshops to discuss, collaborate, compare, and decide on one consistent sign for each identified word in the glossary matrix.

This project provides Deaf and Hard of hearing students consistency in accessing educational concepts in NZSL right through to tertiary level.

The resources also support interpreters, teacher aids, teachers, parents, and whanau by easily accessing these signed concepts for free via the NZSL share platform.

It is Ko Taku Reo and the Communications and Resource teams' commitment to continue supporting coherence and consistency and hopefully be able to provide a fully functioning NZSL glossary in all MOE 7 learning areas.

We would like to thank all the people involved for their work and input into this project and a special thanks to the NZSL Board who provided the funding to make this project happen.
