Parents, staff, and board members are asked to review policies and procedures regularly, typically at the start of each term. This term, we are reviewing:

• EOTC Governance Roles and Responsibilities
• EOTC Risk Assessment and Management

Please follow these instructions to review the policy

1. Visit the website
   https://deafeducation.schooldocs.co.nz/1893.htm
2. Enter the username (deafeducation) and password (school).
3. Follow the link to the relevant policy as listed.
4. Read the policy.
5. Click the 'start your review' button at the top right-hand corner of the page.​​​​​​​
6. Enter your 'reviewer type' 'name' (optional).
7. Submit your ratings and comments.
