School Board Election Notice

Our School Board elections will be held online, with voting closing on Friday, 31 October 2025.

About Our School Board

The School Board plays an important role in our school community. Board members set the strategic direction, consult with families and staff, ensure effective allocation of funding, and implement Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles within our school.

Our board consists of:
• Six parent representatives
• The Executive Principal
• One staff representative (elected by staff)
• Two student representatives (elected by students)

Election Details

I have appointed Schooled Limited as our Returning Officer to conduct this online election. Schooled has been assisting schools with elections for over 30 years and is the only election provider accredited by the Ministry of Education to provide online election services since online elections began in 2022.

Key Dates:
• Nominations open: Sunday, 7 September 2025
• Nominations close (at 12pm): Friday, 26 September 2025
• Election Day: Friday, 31 October 2025

How to Participate

Nomination and voting forms will be sent directly to all eligible voters by email from Election Pilot. If we don't have your email address on file, forms will be posted to ensure everyone can participate.

Eligibility: parents/caregivers of current students/current students & staff

We encourage all eligible community members to consider nominating for these important positions or participating in the voting process.
