• Our leaders travelled to Sydney to attend the Leaders in Deaf Education conference for Itinerant Teachers of the Deaf (iToD), connecting with colleagues and learning from leaders in the field.
• Our NZSL Services Manager was out and about visiting staff, whānau and schools in the south, strengthening connections across our community.

• Our team attended the Tenets of Effective Practice: Deaf with Disability workshop at NextSense, strengthening the professional knowledge that informs our teaching and support.

• Our Executive Principal met with Professor Greg Leigh to discuss a potential visit to New Zealand, an exciting opportunity to strengthen trans-Tasman connections in Deaf education.
